We've been biting back on this bit of news for the past couple months until it was absolutely official.  Well...IT'S OFFICIAL!!!  La Familia Muzik vocal artist Ryan Horton has become a member of Israel Houghton's renowned band and vocal ensemble New Breed.  Check out the press release...

Ryan Horton Joins Israel Houghton’s New Breed

Houston, TX February 3, 2012 – With the onset of his upcoming record and DVD release, Israel Houghton and New Breed have grafted in a new member in the form of La Familia Muzik artist Ryan Horton. Ryan is making his debut in Houghton’s vocal section as Israel and his renowned band and vocal ensemble embark on a live album recording, their first project of this sort in 5 years.

Taking place at Lakewood Church in Houston, TX, the live recording of the project, to be titled Jesus At The Center, will be streamed live online on February 4 at 7:00pm, February 5^th at 8:30am, and February 5^th at 11:00am on the Lakewood Church website www.lakewood.cc. In attendance and featuring are some of the most respected names across several genres within the industry: Michael Gungor and T-Bone among others. 11.15.11 RYAN HORTON AND DAVID OPEN FOR JESUS CULTURE

This past weekend at the Florida Assembly of God Fusion Conference, La Familia Muzik artists, Ryan Horton and David, opened for the worship band Jesus Culture in front of an audience of over 4,000 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Convention Center in Orlando, FL.  It was an absolutely amazing experience filled with impactful worship and message.  Check out our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/lafamiliamuzik to see several clips from both days as well as a photo album including shots and video of Jesus Culture leading worship.

La Familia Muzik's first official music video.  It's exciting to us...no doubt we feel a bit awkward as we've never been in front of camera like this before : )  Shout out to Jacob Izrael for working alongside us and helping us put this together.  It took 2 long nights of shooting, getting rained on, Ryan running harder than he ever has in his life, and a dog turned roadkill (it's a long story).  Check out the video to "Be Where You Are" by Ryan Horton featuring David and ENJOY THE NOISE...
